Sea To Me Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling rates are free within California. For all other states, the rates are determined at checkout.
Orders ship within 3 business days after they are placed.
Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for the delivery of the package. Sea To Me is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or missing after they have been transferred to the carrier.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not returned in their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return shipping label can be provided upon request, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
